When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping provider selected. We work with various shipping partners across major cities; typically, orders arrive within 1 to 3 days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our shipping partners only deliver within the country, specifically to the cities listed on our "Shipping" page. You can view all the locations covered by our delivery service there.
For international shipping requests, please contact our store team via WhatsApp. We can provide product weight details and obtain quotes from international shipping agents not currently listed on our website.
What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to our Return Policy for the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect, if it is agreed that the item should be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (both the return shipment and the subsequent reshipment). However, the customer will not be charged for the product itself, in accordance with our Return Policy.
